The property, located in a quiet and panoramic position, is characterized by a large private lawned garden, completely fenced, which overlooks the surrounding countryside, the hills and the beautiful oak woods. The swimming pool, measuring 12x6 with a depth varying from 1.2 to 1.6 meters, is located near the farmhouse in a sunny position with an exceptional panorama. Paved solarium area equipped with deckchairs/loungers, umbrellas and hot and cold shower. The kitchen leads to a patio with gazebo equipped with table, chairs and portable barbecue, the ideal place for lunches and outdoor grills or to just spend pleasant moments of relaxation. During the restoration, the architectural elements of the Sienese Chianti tradition were maintaned, such as the exposed stone, the ceilings with beams and joists, the terracotta floors. The farmhouse is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a bright dining room characterized by French windows, leading to the furnished loggia and the garden. Separated by a door is the well-equipped kitchen which leads to the patio, with a gazebo equipped for lunches and pleasant moments of relaxation. Also on the ground floor, guests will find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which with a washing machine).

Location
The farmhouse is located on top of a hill (700 meters above sea level), in the upper part of the Chianti hills, an hour's drive from Florence and Siena. The house is located in a position of total privacy and tranquility with a splendid view of the woods and Siena in the distance.
