The Desdemona is spread over three floors. The two large main entrances lead directly into a single large room consisting of the living room with fireplace and the dining room. From the living room a French door leads directly to the swimming pool and a hallway leads to a bathroom on the right and a kitchen to the left which gives direct access to the swimming pool and barbecue.
Stairs lead to the first floor and the basement from the dining room.
The first floor consists of three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub; the rooms all have fantastic views; one of the bedrooms has a terrace overlooking the valley, another bedroom leads to the outside through a stone staircase leading to the pergola and the swimming pool area.
The basement consists of a bathroom with hydromassage shower, a double room with joinable beds and a games room equipped with foosball table, stereo system and where there are fitness equipment (treadmill, elliptical trainer, stepper). In the games room there is the third independent entrance which makes the basement an independent unit.
The two main entrances are surmounted by a wooden and fabric pergola which houses the outdoor dining room and the ping-pong table.
La Desdemona is separated from the owner's villa by a tuff and wrought iron fence; while the entrances, the swimming pool and the external areas are for the exclusive use of customers.
The swimming pool is oval in shape, measuring 8 m x 4 with a constant depth of 1.20 m. The solarium area in which it is inserted is equipped with deckchairs and furnishing accessories.
