Two story house, First floor apartment is 2 bed 1.5 bath (one master ensuite with a Queen bed and one small front bedroom with a bunk bed Twin over Twin) and a toilet/powder room under the stairs together with a living room, WiFi, Roku TV (Netflix, Amazon, etc), Full Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and Stove. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Lovely Walking and biking trails around the bayou and connecting to the Pinellas trail. Kayak entry points and Fishing available in the bayou, Twin brooks golf course is just steps away. 10 mins to downtown St. Petersburg or St Pete beach
To be clear you are renting the first floor apartment of a two story house. The second floor upstairs is a separate living space that can be occupied by other guests. You have a private entryway on the front the house with your own parking for up to 2-3 cars (upstairs has their parking on the gravel area on the side of the house) allowing you to come and go freely and the two spaces are separated by a combination locked door for privacy. Your space consists of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath apartment with living room, kitchen, office and laundry
The whole downstairs is available to you to make your home it has its own living room with Roku TV, internet and kitchen. There are separate entry ways for each apartment with parking to allow you the freedom to come and go as you choose.

Perry Bayview park directly across the road has trails around the bayou also links up to the Pinellas trail. Childrens play area. There is a kayak entry point in the park. There are restaurants nearby, the new Maximo Getaway South bar and restaurant is a fun place. Gulfport is less than 5 minutes drive or downtown and the beaches 10 minutes away. We are very close to Eckerd college about 5 minutes away, Walmart 1 mile and Publix/CVS and Anytime Fitness Gym 1.5 miles. Maximo Marina and public boat slips just a couple of miles away for bigger boats.
Cars to downtown and the beaches and there are some great bike and walking trails in the park across the road too
PLEASE NOTE: Access to the apartment is by your own private entrance on the front side of the house. We have ring security cameras on the front and side entrances only, there are no cameras inside for your privacy. Also I have other guests that may or may not be renting the upstairs apartment at the same time as you, I ask all guests to respect their neighbors and have quiet time from 10pm to 7am. They are separated from the you by an interior combination locked door to provide you privacy, they have their own separate private entrance on the right hand side of the house and there are separate AC systems for upstairs and downstairs in case anybody has allergies. There is a full kitchen with Stove and oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, pots and pans for cooking, dishes and silverware, also a laudry room with washing machine and dryer and living room along with the 2 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.
