The living room has sofas with TV set and a coffee table. The dining room provides enough sitting for 6 with table and chairs. These rooms are all linked together by an archway. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
The entire villa is air conditioned (2 units) and offers parking place.
The outdoor space is composed of a laundry room (washing machine) a small garden with a whirlpool tub/jacuzzi (2.5 m x 2 m and 0.80m deep; heated to 26 degrees Celsius) with external shower and a terrace with BBQ area and dining facilities. There are also sun loungers. The garden is facing the sea and there is a private access to the rocks and sea via the gate.
