The parking space is suitable for at most one car. If necessary, you can park additional cars for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

From the kitchen a French door will take you to a balcony with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace, going down approximately three steps, through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
