Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr/May when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is $75/night or $500 week and is only available for the full duration of your stay. Solar pool heater available as well to offset cost of heating pool if outside temperature does cooperate during the cooler fall/winter and early spring months and can be utilized at no cost during your stay. Spa heating use only will be $30/day or $180 weekly. Unfortunately, the pool is heated by propane only and propane fuel cost are higher than natural gas and market price fluctuations do occur often for propane fuel. Please note that we will require at least 5 days' notice from check-in if wanting to add either pool and or spa heating amenity to your stay.
