You have exclusive access to the apartments for the duration of your stay and although you share a main entrance from the street, you have your own private entrance to the apartment. There is also a shared outdoor grassed area to the right of the properties that you may use.
Smoking is not permitted at any time inside the property.
Parties, gatherings and other social functions are strictly prohibited. Groups are welcome.
Guests and visitors are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to other guests and our neighbours.
