It can comfortably accommodate 7 people. The double living room has a large and elegant sofa and the kitchen, in a very spacious and bright independent environment, is fully equipped for various needs. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each offer 2 single beds which can also be pushed together. There are two more bathrooms with shower and services for a total of THREE full bathrooms. A veranda allows pleasant evening aperitifs and dinners in the open air, while a second more sheltered veranda has a panoramic view. For the summer period (from June to September) the apartment is equipped with air conditioning refrigerant in the living area and in each single bedroom, with latest generation silent splits, while for the winter period (from November to March) the apartment benefits from central heating.
