Positive: Super quiet picturesque location clean warm, well maintained with everything you could need. Great local walk to waternish point 3hrs (take binoculars and see seals). 30 mins to Portree for supermarket to stock up on the way. Skyeskyns Yurt, down the lane, served wonderful cake.

Negative: potholes on the road enroute from fairy bridge- (I know this is absolutely nothing to do with the Bitacora owner), but made a slow last hop of the journey. We found the approach from the top road via the old church better.

Summary: Take an extra memory card as the light on the view changes into 'the best one' every few mins.
