There is a small patio area with garden furniture, and a lockable shed provides secure storage for fishing rods, bikes, golf clubs and outdoor gear.

There is on-street parking to the front of the property, or private parking which can be accessed via a side lane and a gated courtyard to the rear.

DOGS
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be clean and dry before access into the property and must then be kept to the kitchen and adjoining sitting room only.
