The house is immersed in the quiteness of the contryside but in the same time is 3 kms away from the the 'Impruneta' highway exit, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Chianti Region and the centre of Florence!
The house was totally restored in the 2013 so all it's new: the three spacious double bedrooms, the two fully equipped bathrooms, the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The house has a private garden with a table, chairs and umbrella. The garden is a true oasis where you can have lunch or dinner ouside or relax during the day.

The house is located 10 minutes away from the 'Impruneta' highway exit, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Tuscany!
During the day it is possible to visit the countless works of art of Florence or organize short day-trips in the most famouse tuscany sites.
The country house has a very strategic position. For example it's near the four Tuscany UNESCO heritage sites:
1.Towers of Sangiminiano (30 minutes away from the property by car);
2.Historic centre of Siena (45 minutes away from the property by car);
3.Piazza del Duomo of Pisa (50 minutes away from the property by car);
4.Historic centre of Florence (10-15 minutes away from the property by car).

2. FRESH VEGETABLES FROM OUR VEGETABLE GARDEN.
