We recently purchased our dream beach house in the perfect location! We wanted to share this wonderful experience with others. Let your stress dissolve away as you glide on the relaxing deck swing. Listen to the ocean's lullaby and feel the soft breeze on your cheeks. Flashlights are supplied for night time walks on the beach. Beach wagon, boogie boards and beach toys for are available for use. Board games are available for additional entertainment.
Spanish Grant is in a family friendly area and is fairly close to all of the activities in Galveston and does not allow cars on the beach. This second row updated Beach House is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Don't leave your four legged best friend behind. Up to 2 dogs are welcomed with an additional daily rate and additional cleaning fees.
New floors throughout the house! The kitchen has new backsplash and quartz countertops. The first bedroom has one king size bed, and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queensize bed with a bathroom and a shower. There is a hideaway couch that has a queen sized pullout bed.
