Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going down approximately two stairway steps.

The terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
