We are renting two two-bedroom apartments on Balkanska Street. You can rent all the flats, both rooms or only one room.
Large spacious private room for 1 - 3 people with a King size bed & private balcony right in the heart of Belgrade with a spacious open floor living room and kitchen with the room overlooking a serene park and some of Belgrade's most historic buildings wedged in a peaceful area around the corner from the main bus, and main tram line in the city center with just either a 5-minute walk to the main pedestrian street or the promenade on the Sava river.
The room is in an apartment in a classic old-style Belgrade building recently remodeled and all of our rooms have new beds, air conditioning, central heating, bathroom, kitchen, living room with cable television on just the 2nd floor with an elevator. If you book only one room you will share a living room and bathroom with the guests from another room (maximum 2 other people).
Balkan Rooms & Apartments Policy and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 13:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 06:00 to 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.
