day plan consists of a large living room with fireplace and private entrance that leads directly to the garden, small hallway equipped with washing machine and sink, kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and separate entrance leading to the garden) and bathroom with all the services.
The two floors communicate internally with a spiral staircase and externally with a wide scale.
In the extensive garden, complete with accessories from outside, there is private parking, an old source with drinking water and a masonry structure dedicated to the barbecue.
