The house is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Spacious, private green areas and a pool await you here. Enjoy the quiet location on the ridge of the hill. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor are small independent apartments with small kitchenette. About 20 km from the house, the owner runs a wellness farm with pools, massage center and restaurant (extra services with local payment). Access to the house via a gravel road. Excursions: The ancient town of Città di Castello 27 km, Gubbio 45 km, Fano (sea and beaches) 70 km. The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical staff.
