3 Bedroom Apartment in Oltrarno, Santo Spirito
This accommodation, recently renovated, has all the advantages of enjoying a holiday in the heart of a city of art and culture: being able to walk to the main tourist destinations and at the same time enjoy the comfort and homely rest offered by this accommodation.
The apartment is equipped with wireless connection and can accommodate up to six people. Is composed by:
- living area, eat-in kitchen equipped with accessories, dishes and appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and oven
- three bedrooms: one double, one single and one double
- two bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub
It is equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is on the third floor, without a lift. Therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
