The Space:
Thank you for considering our walk to beach 3 bedroom condo located in a 3 unit complex we have the other 2 bedroom units here as well (consider booking more than 30 days in advance to reserve entire building)
Three bedroom condos off the beach are difficult to find that allow 10 people, not to mention with a pool this close to the beach. No annoying elevators to lug you things or corral the kiddos..park and walk in
This is a ground floor space one level with no stairs required. All tile floors and feels very cool inside after a long day at the beach. The onsite pool in the backyard is a great spot for the kids to wear out at & sleep well. This pool is shared with the other 2 condos here and quite large.
The condo is semi remodeled in that it has semi dated (darker) granite in kitchen and older tile floors. It is not brand new inside but very functional, clean, & very nice.
The kitchen has all utensils for meal prep, even a blender for those frozen margaritas. As you enter the unit, you will notice the large eat in counter with granite, as well as fact it flows open to the living room. There is a large dining table as well.
While we do allow up to 10 people in this condo, please understand that there is a king bed in 2 of the bedrooms, a queen in the 3rd bedroom, & 1 pull out couch in the back hang out room that's a full bed for 8 people. We do provide an airbed for the last 2 people but please bring bedding
This is an older triplex property that consists of three separate condominiums. It is not remodeled nor brand new. It is clean and functional
Unit A or 1 is downstairs and is a three bedroom
Unit B or 2 is upstairs to the left and requires the use of stairs to get up there is not a ground floor. It is a two bedroom condo.
Unit C or three is upstairs to the right and requires use of stairs to get up there it is not ground floor. It is a two bedroom condo.
All three units are at the same property. You are limited to the use of two parking spaces per unit and may not park in the yard or the side of the street or you will be towed.
The pool here is shared between all three units it does not private. The pool operates from 9 AM to 9 PM. It does not operate after hours. Loud noises are never allowed here at any time is not a party property.
You are not allowed to barbecue by the pool area although you are allowed to barbecue in the parking area and we do not provide a grill
As previously mentioned this is an older non-remodeled property. It is very close to the beach and economically priced as a reflection of the fact that it's not a brand new Remodel
if you're seeking that - this would not be a good choice for you and your family. We just want to be very clear about this.
This 3 plex has 2 other two bedroom condos upstairs that allow 8 guests each and may be booked together. Understand this is rarely possible less than 30 days in advance - book early to get entire complex to allow up to 26 guests
There are a max of 2 vehicles allowed with parking provided off street. If you have more than that you must park off property though parking is somewhat available (not guaranteed) on Gulf Blvd less than half a block away as property does tow.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
*Free Parking Off Street
If you'd like to BBQ, while we don't provide a grill you are welcome to out front of property in your parking spot. Just move 1 vehicle down to Gulf Blvd. BBQ is not allowed by pool as there are 2 other condos at this complex.
Linens & towels are provided. We operate a public office as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island TX 78597 for linen & towel exchange for stays over 3 nights at no charge, or to assist with any issues at the property during your stay.

Please note:
This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional
