The villa was renovated in September 2022, the 50 m² interior structure offers all the daily comforts, consists of a living room with a sofa bed a square and 1/2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating, air conditioning, fans, and a washing machine. A crib and high chair (upon request) are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with 2 covered terraces, a laundry area, and a well-equipped barbecue area. The property is a 5-minute walk from the sea. The area is well equipped with a free freshwater shower every 200 meters, bar, ice cream shop, sandwich shop, three restaurants, three pizzerias, boat club for boat rentals, and a diving center.
