The villa is located within seven hectares of organically cultivated garden, an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation to be enjoyed in the garden or by the pool. The house is distributed over two floors with a total area of 300 square metres.
The entire property is fenced off. Access is through an automatic gate to a driveway of about 200 metres on which there are various parking spaces. The house is surrounded by a large and beautiful paved garden, equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, rocking chair, hammock, table tennis, tables. Cassibile is the nearest town. Other equipped beaches in the area are Pillirina, Arenella, Fontane Bianche, and Pineta del gelsomineto. Eloro, Cala Mosche, Vendicari Nature Reserve, San Lorenzo are about 30 minutes away. The house is 50 km from Catania airport, 15 km from Siracusa, 20 km from Noto, 30 km from Marzamemi, 80 km from Ragusa and Caltagirone. Besides Siracusa, other places not to be missed nearby are Palazzolo Acreide, Pantalica and the Cavagrande del Cassibile Nature Reserve.
Rural and sustainable rural tourism. Exclusively organic cultivation of lemons, prickly pears, pomegranates, medlars, almonds, etc. Use of natural and traditional materials.
