The space

We have four bedrooms. Two are master bedroom suites

3rd Bedroom (2nd Level): 2 Queen Beds
4th Bedroom (2nd Level): 2 Twin Beds
Common Areas: 1 Queen-Size Sofa Bed
Kitchen and Dining Area (1st floor)
Brand new appliances and designer fixtures with all the basic cooking items and dishware. Dining table and multiple seating areas.
Primary Bedroom (2nd floor)
King bed, en-suite primary bathroom features large double vanity, large walk-in shower, and huge walk-in closet.
2nd Bedroom (2nd floor)
Two Queen beds with a bathroom located right outside the bedroom
3rd Bedroom (2nd floor)
Two Twin Beds with a large closet
4th Bedroom (1st floor)
Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity.
PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR THREE SMALL CARS OR TWO LARGE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY. PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE STREET

Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
Guest agrees to provide ID and we will authenticate name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, we have the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
Maximum of two pets under 20 lbs. We only accept 31 day plus booking so we'll need a pet deposit of $20 per pet fee required

Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
Guests will be renting the house entirely- you will have access to everything in the house.
