A small family-run holiday home in the idyllic mountain village of Bulla, above Ortisei in Val Gardena. Surrounded by forests, meadows and the majestic Dolomites, we offer you a place to relax, slow down and be active all year round: hiking directly from the house or skiing in the Sella Ronda ski area (just a few minutes away by car).
"Cesa" means "house" in Ladin - and that's exactly what we want to offer you: a place to feel at home, with lots of warmth and a family atmosphere.
We deliberately only rent out two holiday flats - so that you can really relax and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle.
As a small family business, personal contact is particularly important to us. We are happy to be there for you if you need tips or recommendations - and show you the most beautiful places in our homeland on request.
You won't find anonymous accommodation here, but genuine hospitality in a family atmosphere.

In winter, unlimited skiing fun awaits you in the Dolomiti Superski area with around 1,220 km of perfectly groomed pistes for all levels.
