It is composed of an open plan kitchenette, two comfortable double sofa beds, a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. It features a gorgeous balcony, and one covered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).

*Porto Santa Margherita is a seaside resort on Italy's Adriatic coast, near Caorle. It's known for its large marina, sandy beaches and relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Built in the 1960s, it offers modern facilities, water sports, and easy access to nearby towns like Caorle and Venice. Ideal for a peaceful beach holiday. Our local staff are happy to offer tips about what to do and to visit around here: don't hesitate to ask!
° Check-in: from 16:00 to 18:00. During the high season, it is possible to check-in until 19:00. ° Check-in upon request until 22:00 (please, inform us as soon as possible). After 22:00, it will no longer be possible to check-in.

° Security deposit: 200€ will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The amount will be returned to the guest at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
° City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,70€ per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 6 years are exempt).
-Extras (Optional) > All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-small: up to 6 kg > 50€ per pet, per week
-medium: up to 14 Kg > 70€ per pet, per week
-large: above 14 Kg > 80€ per pet, per week
-bed linen and towels only on request (subject to availability): 15€ per set/person.
Important Info for residences with swimming pools:
Swimming pools are open seasonally (usually from mid June to early September): the exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions.
