This home also offers, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, 2 Kayaks, 1 Paddleboard, 3 Bikes, 6 Beach Chairs, Grill, Fish Cutting Table, Covered Porch, Lower Level Lounge Area and all of this is less than 1 mile from beautiful Sombrero Beach. Great access to open water and sure to be a place you'll want to visit year after year.
Layout & Amenities:
The primary bedroom has a King sized bed. The 2nd Guest room has a Queen sized bed and the the 3rd Guest Room has 2 Twin beds.. The primary bedroom also has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer on site for your convenience. The home is updated and full of comfortable furniture throughout the entire house. Pillowtop mattresses, hotel quality linens and towels make this home feel like a high end hotel. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator & Keurig coffee maker. Smart TV's in every bedroom and in the living room, high speed internet & WiFi. Outdoor shower, fish cutting table and flood lights for night time use of back yard.

Kickin' Back Reel Time is located approximately 2 1/2 hours south of Miami and 1 hour north of Key West. We are 1 mile from Publix Super Market and Overseas Highway. This is a prime, central location, in Marathon, just minutes from all of the best restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.
