There are also a gazebo, gardens and a grill area with a wood-burning stove. The outdoor area is furnished with tables and chairs, loungers and parasols. There are car parking spaces on site, which is fully enclosed.
The house can be accessed by train or car. Supermarkets and shops, Manziana and its train station are about 2km from the house. It is about 6km to Lake Bracciano. Terme di Stigliano are about 8km from the holiday house. You can visit places such as Cerveteri (ca. 20km), Viterbo (ca. 30km), Santa Severa (ca. 18km) or Rome (ca. 45km). It is also worth seeing the waterfalls at Parco della Mola near Oriolo. It is about 38km to Fiumicino airport and 50km to Ciampino airport.
