The b & b consists of one large and comfortable room with bathroom and separate entrance, we can accommodate a maximum of 3 people or 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 years in the third bed and a small child in bed with parents.
The room is an annex next to the main house but with total privacy, the bathroom has a shower, a bath set with homemade soap and bathrobes.
The swimming pool is available both during the day and at night with a view from the valley to the solarium garden equipped for sunbathing.
Possibility to make a barbecue with the Bbq
Parking is inside the building, so secure.
Breakfast is included with homemade cakes and local products, sheep's yogurt, eggs of own production but also cold cuts, on request, for continental breakfast.
The owner can organize tastings of local organic wine, Lepini black pork salami and local cheeses of sheep and cow (on request).
All of us are welcome.
The b & b is located among the olive groves of Rocca Massima, with a breathtaking view.
We have only one room
We are only 1 hour from Rome, a small oasis to escape from the cities,
stay in the sun or walk but also fly to the longest fly in Europe.
