- There is a high-ceiling, spacious master bedroom that has one king bed with a memory foam mattress, a crib for your child, an ensuite master bathroom with double-sink vanity, a standing shower with a rain-frosted hinged glass door, and a walk-in closet. The sliding door leads to the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the backyard, pool, and high jet spa with lounge chairs, such a great relaxing time by the pool.

- The whole house is for guests to use, except the garage will remain locked, and the small closets in the hallways are for inventory only.
- There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house (please do not park on the neighbor's side or the mailbox), and on the driveway on the back 2 cars can fit, then walk to the front.
- For security purposes of the guests and to prevent parties, breaking, etc all cameras are always on (NO camera inside). A few surveillance cameras around the house, facing the sides of the house, front yard, deck, pool, and spa. Ring cameras are in the front door, driveway, and deck.
