There are 7 acres of woodland walks with a bike track either for cycling or motorbikes. This is a very tranquil location in the countryside, yet it is just a 5-minute drive through the lanes to the A38, making an exploration of Cornwall very easy. Beach 6½ miles. Shop 2 miles, pub/restaurant ½ mile.
