This room with shared shower/WC in the corridor has a large chestnut wood window and a great view of the mountains. Very cozy, bright and airy. One queen size bed, futon, comforter 210x200cm. Kitchen/lounge can be shared (see house rules).
Good bus connections to the 4 valleys Bavona, Lavizarra, Maggia and Rovana, every half hour to Locarno/Ascona.
Well-maintained roads with relatively little traffic, some of which reach high alpine areas. Great tours by 2- or 4-wheelers. Bicycles for rent in the village.
Hiking trails and great walks along the rivers and into the mountains and valleys.
Cultural diversity. In the nature on the traces of history. Museums worth seeing on the eventful history of Ticino.
Paradisiacal bathing places as far as the eye can see.
A rich offer of festivals, concerts and other cultural events.
The house, built about 200 years ago, is located in the Nucleo, in a slightly elevated position, in Cavergno.
It has been restored in recent years with much love and time. Beautiful and bright rooms, some with balcony. Nestled in the middle of unspoiled nature,
between the four valleys Maggia, Bavona, Lavizarra and Rovana.
Crystal clear white water, spectacular waterfalls and mountain lakes.

1. Das Casa Coerente vermietet 4 Gästezimmer und bietet bis zu maximal 6 Besuchern genügend Platz.
2. Das Haus verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche und eine Lounge. Diese können mitbenutzt werden.
Vorauszusetzten ist:
Im Kühlschrank ist für jedes Zimmer ein Fach vorgesehen. Die Hygiene ist uns sehr wichtig. Bitte keine offenen oder leicht verderblichen Lebensmittel lagern. Bei Abreise ausnahmslos alle Lebensmittel und Getränke entfernen. Die Küche, da von diversen Parteien benutzt, ist eher für das Zubereiten einfachen Mahlzeiten gedacht.
3. Wir sind nicht immer erreichbar. Das Check in und out kann selbständig erfolgen. (Schlüsselbox)
4. Das Haus ist alt, wurde zwar im Bereich Wasser, Elektrik etc. auf den neuesten Stand gebracht; jedoch wurden die wunderschönen Original-Holzböden, Fenster und Türen überarbeitet und belassen, um den alten Charme beizubehalten. Dies bringt mit sich, dass das Haus hellhörig ist. Darum die Bitte auf laute Aktivitäten im Haus zu verzichten.
5. Offene Feuer (mit Ausnahme der 2 Feuerstellen), Rauchen etc. sind im Haus nicht erlaubt.
6. Es gibt keine direkten Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Allerdings ist die Bushaltestelle nur 2 Gehminuten, der öffentliche Gratis-Parkplatz nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Anhand des Wegbeschriebes ist das Haus, obwohl in mitten des alten Dorfkerns, gut zu finden.

1. the Casa Coerente has 4 guest rooms and offers enough space for a maximum of 6 visitors.
2. the house has a communal kitchen and a lounge. These can be shared.
However, this is a prerequisite:
There is some space in the fridge for each room. Hygiene is very important to us. Please do not store any open or perishable food. On departure, remove all food and drinks without exception. The kitchen is used by various parties and is intended for small meals.
3. we are not always available. Check in and out can be done independently. (key box)
4. the house is old, although it has been brought up to date in terms of water, electricity, etc.; however, the beautiful original wooden floors, windows and doors have been reworked and left to retain the old charm. This means that the house is noisy. We therefore ask you to refrain from noisy activities in the house.
5. open fires (with the exception of the 2 fireplaces), smoking etc. are not permitted in the house.
6. there are no parking spaces directly in front of the house. However, the bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away and the free public parking lot is only a 3-minute walk from the house. The house is easy to find using the directions, although it is in the middle of the old village center.
