The rental property consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, three bathrooms with showers, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a pergola in front of the living room with dining tables, and a pergola in front of the bedrooms. All rooms are on the ground floor and overlook the main side of the farmhouse, with stunning views of the valley. Maximum occupancy 12 people.

The rental price does not include (to be paid locally) electricity, linens, extra cleaning, tourist tax, and heating.
A euro 200 deposit is required in cash upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure.
Optional additional services: Linen package euro 10/person, to be requested at the time of booking and paid in cash upon arrival (sheets and towels, not to be used outside the accommodation as beach towels, must be kept for the entire duration of the stay; can be changed during the stay at the same price).
Guests must bring their own beach towels, tablecloths, dishcloths, detergents, sponges, toiletries, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc., in addition to linens unless otherwise requested.
Pool and gym opening hours: June 1 - August 31 (weather permitting). 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
The room of the apartment described are for the exclusive use of the guests who book it. The pool, barbecue, gym, and garden are shared with other guests of the house. There are other accommodations in the same complex.
For the safety of guests, the entrances to the apartments and common areas are monitored by video surveillance in compliance with current regulations.

DEPOSIT

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of euro 200.

DEPARTURE
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. Upon departure, the kitchen must be left clean, dishes washed and put away, the refrigerator emptied, and garbage disposed of in the designated containers located in the property's ecological oasis, respecting waste separation.

Deposito

Tassa Soggiorno Comunale
1 euro a persona al giorno, da versare in contanti al check-in (esclusi minori di età inferiore ai 15 anni).
Partenza
Check-out rigorosamente entro le 10:00. Al momento della partenza, la cucina va lasciata pulita, le stoviglie lavate e riposte in ordine, il frigorifero svuotato, la spazzatura gettata negli appositi contenitori situati presso l'oasi ecologica della struttura rispettando la raccolta differenziata.
