Delightful apartment, recently renovated, close to the main attractions of Florence, has three bedrooms and a spacious living room. It is ideal for groups of friends and large families, it is so spacious that it can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to the sofa bed located in the living area Just 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, this apartment is located on the second floor (with lift) of an elegant Florentine building. A bright and welcoming atmosphere will strike you from your first entrance; the extremely quiet and peaceful house thus guarantees privacy and rest. You will find 3 bathrooms, two of them with shower, a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a small balcony. The living area is large and airy, equipped with a flat screen TV, an extendable table and sofa bed. It is equipped with all the most modern services: air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is ideal for those who decide to travel by car as it has a private garage available to guests free of charge.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address . . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
