The spaces of the property reserved for guests consist of the flat on the upper floor of the villa, the front terrace/balcony with sea view, the rear veranda at ground level equipped with barbecue and with a portion of the rear garden reserved and in total privacy. The house has free wi fi, and enjoys a fabulous panoramic sea view over the Gulf of Arzachena, immersed in a large context of greenery and granite rocks characteristic of the area and of Gallura as a whole.
THE LOWER FLOOR OF THE VILLA REMAINS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOST.

The spacious, 90 m² property, which is surrounded by fantastic Mediterranean greenery and characteristic granite rocks, consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, which can be made into a king size bed upon request) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, A/C, a washing machine, air conditioning (only in the living room and double bedroom), satellite television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Furthermore, the property also boasts a balcony, 2 private terraces (open and covered) as well as a private barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Wake up to the view of the Gulf of Arzachena and enjoy a healthy breakfast outside on the open terrace. Dine with the family in the evening on the covered terrace and toast to a wonderful holiday with a glass of full-bodied wine.
