The Roost is detached and has a stunning picture window overlooking neighbouring fields with far-reaching views out to the north coast, catching amazing sunsets.

The nearest beach of Trebarwith Strand is 20 minutes’ away, but many favourites such as Whitehaven, Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Trevone are within 30-40 minutes’. With the beaches of the North Cornwall coast within 12 miles, visitors can enjoy the best of coast and countryside, alternating their days between tranquil landscapes, coastal walks and seaside fun at the beaches.
