Comfortable property made up of 8 apartments and the owner's house. Located in the hills near the town of Montaione, the complex offers tranquility and characteristic views of the Tuscan countryside. Each apartment has its own private, outdoor space equipped with table and chairs. A tennis court (can be used at an extra charge) and a beautiful pool are shared by guests of the complex.
The owners personally manage the family farm and produce extra virgin olive oil, wine, vin santo (dessert wine), grappa and cured meats.
Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
Distances: Montaione with shops of all kinds 4,5 km away, Certaldo 20 km, San Gimignano 24 km away, Volterra 37 km, Florence (airport) 55 km away, the famous Chianti Classico area is within a radius of 50 – 80 km, Pisa (airport) 65 km away, Siena 70 km, the Tuscan coast (Cecina) 75 km, Lucca 95 km away.
At guests' disposal: common room with bar, large outdoor spaces, pool (18 x 9 m - minimum depth 0,9 m - maximum depth 2 m - open from 01/04 to 30/10), tennis court (extra fee), ping-pong table, play space for children, movable barbecue. Outdoor WI-FI internet available.

Each pair of single beds can be united to form a double bed (must be requested at booking).
