THE WHOLE PROPERTY:
The entire property consists of a main house, an annex, swimming pool, park, parking and all its services. Everything will be rented exclusively for you.
We can accommodate up to 16 people in 5 very large rooms which can be double, twin or quadruple, and there is the possibility to arrange them according to your needs. We also have 7 bathrooms and 3 kitchens in total.
The property is located in the MONTI SIBILLINI NATIONAL PARK, immersed in one hectare of woodland among centuries-old oaks and acacias.
The buildings, finely restored by recovering the original materials, were once a furnace for the production of bricks.
DETAILS OF OUR HOUSES:
The Main House is spread over three levels:
- Ground floor, we have the living area with a small kitchen and a breakfast table, a living room with sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), TV and a service bathroom.
- On the first floor there is one of the dining rooms with a kitchen, fireplace, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace with double bedroom with bathroom.
- Second floor, you will find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a nice terrace with a pleasant view of the swimming pool, and two other bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, and a large shared bathroom.
Dependance:
A kitchen, large living room with a large table where you can have lunch all together, a room with a washing machine, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, which overlooks two stone and brick terraces.

The property is crossed by a small stream which invites to relaxing walks, at the edge of which there is a very generous vegetable garden for the guests of the house.
The sea can be reached in less than 40 minutes by car to reach the splendid beaches of the Conero Riviera and the seaside villages.
