Villa Panieri is a wonderful stone villa, recently restored, and nestled in the Umbrian greenery, just 5 minutes from Umbertide.
Surrounded by a large fenced park (4,000 sqm) with lawn and several trees, the property boasts a beautiful pool (5x10 m, open from the beginning of May to the end of September), equipped with sunbeds and parasols.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a gazebo with dining table for 12 people and barbecue, ideal for having alfresco meals, surrounded by nature.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 5 cars.
Internal Description
Finely furnished, Villa Panieri is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed.
Please note that the owner of the villa lives on the ground floor (with independent entrance and separate garden at the back), and he will not use the outdoor spaces (including the pool) that are exclusively intended for guests.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by an open-space living area with dining table for 6 people, pouf, and a small kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave. Following is a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.
First floor: The upper floor, accessible from both internal and external stairs, consists of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, table dining room for 6 people, and tv.
Then you will find a large and bright living room, furnished with: two sofas, a dining table for 6 people, a decorative fireplace and tv.
The sleeping area is made up of 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with shower (including 3 ensuites and 2 shared).
