OUR SPACE
Set within a beautifully landscaped gated property, walk up the front steps of Villa Okeanos and enter a uniquely designed villa with an open-space architecture consisting of a chill beachy vibe and 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.
Villa Okeanos is a three-floor split-level home under 24-feet of beautifully vaulted wood ceilings. The second level great room houses an open kitchen anddining and living areas which seamlessly extend onto the infinity pool terrace.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an array of appliances for those who enjoycooking. The living room features light, beachy and colorful furnishings with a large wrap-around sofa, a Bose stereo and 65” 8K OLED SMART television.
The indoor dining area has a kitchen bar that seats three and a dining table to seat six. Seven stairs lead up to the primary king ensuite bedroom on the west side of the villa, and a walkway from the living room leads to two additional king ensuite bedrooms on the east side of the villa.
The outdoor living space is nestled in an expansive tiled terrace just a few steps from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The terrace leads onto an infinity edge pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, a BBQ Napoleon gas grill, outdoor sofa, dining table and a bar under a roofed patio.
The west side king bedroom ensuite has two private balconies both with sitting areas, with one balcony facing north and the other balcony facing south. The east side king bedroom suite slidesopens up onto the pool terrace.
The Kids Lounge (4th bedroom) at 800 square feet is down 7 steps on the first level of the villa and designed just for kids. It contains one set of twin-over-full bunk bed beds to sleep 3 kids and one queen sleeper sofa to sleep 2 kids. It also contains an entertainment area with a SMART TV, stereo, desk, games, and a sofa. The Kids Lounge provides kids with their own private space, and a unique offering in an Anguilla villa.
