Villa Mimosa is located in Porto di Brenzone, in a quiet and elegant area, a few steps from the lake and the town centre, close to restaurants, shops, beaches and the bus stop.
It is an elegant single villa with private garden, swimming pool (unheated and open from 01.04 to 23.10), heated hydromassage tub, open all year round and a wonderful lake view .
Equipped with large spaces and furnished with quality furniture, this splendid residence will give you a holiday in total relaxation and full of strong emotions.
From the street there is direct access to the garage and, through a door, to the garden, furnished with everything needed to spend relaxing moments in company. Here we find the swimming pool and a large room furnished with kitchen, dining table and sofas, completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The beer tap is available here.
The external stairs lead us to the first floor where the main entrance is located.
A short corridor takes us to the large living room furnished with a sofa bed, dining table and kitchen which leads to the large terrace where the view of the lake is total and exciting.
On this floor we also find the two double bedrooms and the bedroom with bunk beds as well as the two bathrooms with shower.This area is equipped with air conditioning.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed that can be used as an alternative to the bunk beds.
An ideal base for sporting holidays, the property is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection and has two parking spaces, one of which is in the garage.
Towels and sheets are provided, changed weekly, included in the price.
The villa is equipped with every comfort to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday, a cot and high chair are available as well as four bicycles for free use.
Near the Villa it is possible to rent other bicycles.
