The villa is isolated from crowds and noise providing complete privacy. Right after the garden there is a beautiful forest that creates amazing air with a 20-minute walk to the lake. The villa has 200 square meters, and was built with a great emphasis on comfort and ecology. It uses and generates solar energy. It has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10 people and up to 20 people daily. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining room and a large TV. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets in the house and toilet with shower by the pool. The pool 3x8 meters and depth of 1.5m is always sunny and clean. Mini gym and children's playground on air are available.
There is a huge garden pavilion suitable to any weather conditions with a sitting capacity of 20 people, campfire and a lot of equipment for enjoyment, activities and relaxation. Guests have at their disposal crockery, glasses, cutlery, hygienic elements, towels as well as air conditioning and WIFi.
The barbecue is fully equipped to every guest. Child’s chairs, cots, bikes, table tennis and pool equipment are free, available by a request. There is a private parking for 4 cars.
