Entering the house on the ground level, you find a fully fitted kitchen, a guest toilet and the charming living area that has modern interior with comfortable furniture to enjoy your holidays straight away.
All the 3 bedrooms are found on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds, share one bathroom with a bath tub. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning units in addition to large remote controlled ceiling fans to ensure you are comfortable during the hot summer months.
The private salt water swimming pool is ideal for cooling down. You can relax under the covered terraces in the shade or top up your tan in the sun using one of the sunbeds. The pool has an optional safety fence that can be used if required. There is a large outside dining area for dining under the stars.
There is a carport for secure private parking with a remote controlled gate fitting one car, plus additional parking spaces outside the property.
A big advantage with the location of this holiday home is that you have everything in walking distance. A couple of restaurants with italian, asian and indian food, plus a english pub are just around the corner, as well as a pharmacy in case you need one. At 5 minutes walking distance you have a bus stop/ taxi stop and a ALDI supermarket that offers great freshly baked goods. The local beach is only 800 metres from the property, roughly a 10 to 15 minute walk.
For families with children there are many attractions in the surrounding areas, visit the local waterparks in Mijas or Torremolinos, the Selwo Safari park in Estepona, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/Waterski park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria.
