The flat, which sleeps 6, has been created above the village shop, post office and cafe. The accommodation is suitable for small groups and families. Supberb panoramic views from the spacious open plan living area to the south and west. There are three bedrooms, comprising master with en-suite showroom room, 1 double bedroom and 1 x twin room. Please note that the twin bedroom is accessed from the master bedroom, ideal for couples with small children. There is also an additional bathroom with shower over the bath. The property also boasts a small balcony where you can enjoy the views.

As well as enjoying the quiet and peaceful location, which borders on The Scottish Borders and Midlothian, Humbie is only a 30 minute drive from exploring the beautiful East Lothian beaches, coastal towns and fishing villages. To the south, a 30 minute drive will take you to the historic Scottish Border towns of Lauder, Melrose, Selkirk and Jedburgh and other Border towns. Edinburgh City Centre is a 35 minute drive. For easier travel, the city park and ride stations are located at Sherrifhall, Newcraighall & Gorebridge.
Lammerlaw Church of Scotland has a weekly service on a Sunday morning at Gifford.
Humbie Box Office is our local film society which show films in the village hall throughout the winter months (September to April).
