Just outside your doorstep, you'll find an array of hiking trails that will take you through picturesque landscapes. For those who enjoy a glass of wine, you'll be delighted to know that some of the world's finest wineries are just minutes away. Plus, with 3 beautiful lakes all within a 10-minute drive, you'll have plenty of opportunities to swim, boat, or simply relax on the beach.

Surrounded by multiple lakes, world class wineries, golf courses, shops, and restaurants, and within 15 minutes of Kelowna Airport. This neighborhood is beautiful and there are so many wonderful hiking trails a few minutes walk away from our doorstep.
- Easy access to wineries, restaurants and sightseeing locations via car, bike, or tour company. Electric bike rentals available nearby to help with the hills!
- Winter activities include nearby Silver Star Resort in Vernon, which is approximately 45 mins by car, offering downhill as well as cross country at the acclaimed Nordic Center.
- To the south, approximately 1 hour by car is Big White Ski Resort also offering top class downhill skiing in an alpine village setting.

Although very secluded, a basement suite is attached to the property and is currently occupied, however it is completely separate and private to the rest of the property with zero access to The Driftwood and zero shared amenities.
