Positive: Public areas are very good.

Negative: Bedroom was shabby and in dire need of redecorating as was the rest of the building apart from the ground floor public areas. Carpets are tired and dirty looking.

Summary: We closed our eyes to the shabbiness and indifferent feeling the staff gave off.
