Positive: The place is a typical and charming Trulli. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very modern. The host was very polite – we had an issue, and it was resolved quickly. There were two shared kitchens, and the minibar was outside the room, which was not very convenient, as this information wasn't clearly stated in the description. The place also had a terrace with a beautiful view of the Trulli, and the location was great – we were able to do everything on foot. A major issue for us was the check-in and check-out times. We ended up losing 5 hours of our stay. We had a long trip, and since it was August, it was extremely hot – it was very uncomfortable. We were told it was due to cleaning, but in our opinion, 5 hours should be enough to clean the room.
