Summary: My son and I were on a short beach vacation. The Villa was convenient to the beach, boardwalk, amusements, and favor restaurants and hangouts. The rooms were very comfortable and the owner/manager was very personable and always available for and needs. If you are on a beach trip and the room is just to sleep and relax in it was perfect. We parked off the street and never had to drive anywhere to enjoy a great stY at the beach.
