Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. - A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome - it's 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. - parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. - smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!
