Comfortable stylish property with sea views, only 300 yards from the beaches of Widemouth Bay, one of which is dog friendly. Sleeping 6-8 with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin upstairs and an optional second twin in the ground floor lounge. The cottage works well for everyone from couples looking for some luxury to 2 families of 4.
Ample on-drive parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Dogs welcome with a secure garden.
There are ample bathrooms with one upstairs, and an en-suite plus bathroom downstairs. There is a galley kitchen with views to the bay and a spacious lounge with 55" OLED Smart TV with Netflix. The dining room has a unique feel with beautiful retro furniture connecting to a lovely bright conservatory with a modern French leather sofa set, table/chairs. The dining room leads out via steps into a well-kept garden with good privacy for sunbathing.
Outside changing room with surfboard store. Body boards available so please consider the environment and use the boards available. Barbecue also supplied; please leave it in a clean condition for the next guests.
Eclectic furnishings throughout including 50s design classics, vintage surfboards and the owners own art.
NB we have made several improvements to the property in 2021 and these are not shown in the photographs but include newly decorated dining room, conservatory and the upstairs bathroom and twin room. The drive has also been extended to more easily cater for 4 vehicles.
