Next to the house is an old olive grove, which produces about 30 to 60 liters of delicious olive oil annually. The beautiful saltwater swimming pool provides the necessary cooling during the summer months. Montelparo is a treasure of a village. In the main street you will find a butcher, a small supermarket and various bars where you can enjoy a delicious capuccino, or enjoy a delicious aperativo in the afternoon. There is also a bank and a pharmacy. In Montelparo you can also dine out, or take a nice pizza. The location of the beach on the Adriatic Sea is 30 minutes drive. We are also often found in the mountains. The beautiful National Park "Monti Sibillini", where there are still wolves, special birds and bears, is a lovely hiking area. From the mountains you have a beautiful view of the sea. It is even possible to enjoy a delicious lunch during a mountain walk and end the day with a great dinner at the beach.
