The Space:
YOU'LL HAVE THE WHOLE APARTMENT TO YOURSELF FOR THE ENTIRE STAY.
Located on the top floor of a modern apartment building in the quiet residential West End area of Edinburgh, this self catering apartment is fully equipped and has been recently refurbished/decorated.
SLEEPS UP TO 6 PEOPLE.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need plus more! There is a family bathroom with a walk in shower. The master bedroom has a amazingly comfortable super king-size bed (that can be set up as two single beds if requested), wardrobe with desk and a ensuite bathroom with an over bath shower.
The lounge has a dining table, that can sit four people if required, a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa bed that can comfortably sleep one adult or two children.
With your stay at the flat, you will be provided with complimentary tea, coffee pods, quality fresh bed linen, towels for each guest and toiletries by Arran Aromatics.

The apartment is 0.4 miles (10 min walk) from Haymarket train station and 1.3 miles from Waverley train station. For those who plan to arrive by car, there is one dedicated secure parking space for the apartment under the building. There are also on street metered parking spaces available on the surrounding streets but this can get expensive. For an extra vehicles, we suggest that you use the NCP car park at Castle street or if you are staying for longer and won't need the car all that much, then we suggest parking further out of town where it is free, once you have dropped off all the bags of course.
If flying in to Edinburgh airport there are three options for you to get into the city centre.
1. Tram.
The tram stop is just outside the airport and is £5 per person. Good option if there are three or less people traveling. Getting off at the Haymarket station stop.
2. Airport bus.
Again the bus stop is at the front of the arrivals terminal and also costs £5 per person. Getting off at the Haymarket station stop.
3. Airport Taxi.
This is a good option if there are 4 or more people traveling and you have the choice of getting a black cab or a private hire and will cost between £20 to £28, approximately, depending on traffic.
Guest Access:
For those who plan to arrive by car, there is one dedicated secure parking space for the apartment under the building. There are also on street metered parking spaces available on the surrounding streets but this can get expensive. For an extra vehicles, we suggest that you use the NCP car park at Castle street or if you are staying for longer and won't need the car all that much, then we suggest parking further out of town where it is free, once you have dropped off all the bags of course.
Once at the apartment, navigating Edinburgh should be easy enough as you are so close to the city center. However if you wish to take the bus you can use the following to get into and out of town.

- Please note that there are several other privately owned properties that share the stairwell. We ask that guests are respectful of this and keep any noise or disruption to our neighbours to a minimum.
- Upon booking please advise if you require the Super King bed set up as a two single beds instead of one large double bed.

Summary: We absolutely loved this condo!! It is approx a 20 minute walk to the castle, Royal Mile, city center. Close enough but far enough…just perfect! Condo itself is ultra modern. Gorgeous balcony w city and loch views. Ideal underground parking which was great as we traveled to Saint Andrews for golf. 100% recommend it!
