The house is adjoining a second home occupied very occasionally in summer by an elderly retired couple The outdoor spaces (2 lawns) are not closed The tarmac path leads to the house to 3 other neighbors The other uphill path leads to a Abritel house from this path we have beautiful views of the chain of Volcanoes before reaching the mountain of the woods of La Chevalerie
